I started Advantage Realty in 2002, excited for the opportunities a progressive, engaged real estate agency could bring to our community. With the support of another seasoned Broker and Realtor team to manage the office, I focused on building the Advantage Realty process: Selling the community first, and then selling a place to call “home”. There’s no place on earth like Russell, KS. AND there is no story more important than YOURS. My passion for the business inspires me to look at situations through the eyes of my customers and develop an understanding for their needs and priorities. I specialize in Residential and Commercial listing, but over the years I have assisted many Buyers in finding and negotiating their dream home or new business location. Every transaction is unique in it’s own way, and will have its own surprises. I expect the unexpected and am prepared to navigate through it all for my customers. The market is ever changing and so is life. Consequently, customers’ needs are ever changing – and I want to be there to help in any way I can. I have earned my Graduate Realtor Institute designation, am an Accredited Home Staging Specialist, and accredited as a Pricing Strategy Advisor. I continue to pursue knowledge of my industry that keeps me current to economic, governmental, and market trends that affect our local market, and ultimately my customers. I serve my community in many capacities, and I also serve the real estate industry through our local/regional board and for the Kansas Association of Realtors.
